unicomconnect™ provides continuous communication interoperability solutions that enable convergence between voice, data, video and radio devices for enterprises and emergency responders using existing equipment, regardless of make, model, manufacturer or frequency. Our purpose is to provide every day affordable capabilities with reduced costs over existing solutions.

Utilizing Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), communications interoperability is hosted and delivered over the Internet (or private network) by unicomconnect™ negating the need for on-premise hardware, software or dedicated personnel. Rather than continually paying for hardware, software and maintenance licenses, you pay a fixed, monthly price that provides everything you require, including all support and maintenance.

Our communications interoperability service is available on a 24 x 7 x 365 basis, as is our Operational and Technical support.

Management

	Mike Beaton - Managing Partner Mike is Managing Partner and founder of unicomconnect™ (formerly IAG International). He has 30 plus years experience in domestic and international communications and consulting services. He has served as VP & GM for Network Enable, a Unisys Corporation subsidiary; EVP of Network Services for GE Capital Technology Management Group; and SVP Global Sales and Business Development for Masergy Communications, as well as Managing Director of Masergy International. Mike has a BSc. in Electrical Engineering from Wits University in South Africa and attended Wharton Executive Management School in Portfolio Management.
	Keith Stanton - Managing Partner Keith is Managing Partner of unicomconnect™ (formerly IAG International). He has global responsibility for all technical, engineering and support operations. He has 30 plus years experience in technology and consulting services. Prior to joining IAG, he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Information Officer for Skylight Financial, an issuer and acquirer of bank cards and transactions. Keith was one of the founding principals of Unisys Consulting, where he was responsible for building and growing a systems integration business during his 19 years of tenure. He then served 4 years as the Managing Solutions Principal in Hewlett-Packard’s Telecommunications Industry Consulting Practice, where he was responsible for client business development and delivery of HP’s telecom solutions framework and custom development engagements. He has since served as a Senior Executive and Officer of Gentronics (Wang Global Services), Stonebridge Technologies, Verisign, MedCenterDirect, Masergy, and M1 Global Solutions. Keith is a GE six sigma black belt, and holds a BSc. in Computer Science from the University of Utah.
	Dave Shearer - Managing Director – Europe, Middle East & Africa Dave is Managing Director of of unicomconnect™ (formerly IAG International). EMEA. Dave served in the Royal Air Force and has extensive knowledge of military and defense requirements and procurement. He has over 30 years experience in technology industry covering Airlines,Telecoms, Government and banking. Before joining IAG he held senior positions with Unisys Corporation and EMC corporation. He holds a BSC in Electronics, and a BA Hon in Modern history. Dave is based at unicomconnect™’s European office in Marlow, England.
